We design to the lease term and the business plan behind it. A five-year lease and a fifteen-year owner-occupied headquarters are different briefs even when the floor plate is identical.

- CIDB G6 is a contractor grade issued by the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia. For a commercial client it means the construction is carried out by a registered, graded contractor inside our own company rather than subcontracted to an unknown party.
