Residential interior design in Johor covers the planning, detailing and fitting out of homes, from intermediate terraces to bungalows and high-rise units. Rykasc Dco handles design, construction and joinery in house, so one JIDA-registered firm is accountable from first drawing to handover.
Commercial interior design in Johor Bahru covers offices, clinics, retail lots and hospitality spaces, from planning through to fit-out. Rykasc Dco has delivered corporate headquarters, dental and chiropractic clinics, mall retail units and hotel spaces, holding CIDB G6 registration for the construction works.
Design and build is a single contract covering both the design and the construction of a project, so one firm is accountable for the result. Rykasc Dco delivers design and build in Johor through three in-house companies: the design studio, Rykasc Construction Sdn. Bhd., and Timber Touch Woodworks.
Bespoke carpentry is joinery designed and fabricated for a specific space rather than assembled from standard modules. Rykasc Dco fabricates its own through Timber Touch Woodworks, an in-house workshop that also runs material research for Johor’s humidity, so specification decisions are tested rather than assumed.
